FOUNDATION, STRUCTURE AND FENCING
Foundations and structure of reinforced concrete consisting of foundation, footings, pillars and beams.
Exterior fencing, 1m metal lattice fencing with entrance gates for both people and vehicles. Dividing fence

is made of wire netting.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WALLS AND PAINTWORK
The masonry of the façade consists of two layers of breeze block with air chamber, and, in the interior, the dividing walls are made of double hollow brick, plastered and painted. The façade has single-coat paintwork in a pastel clour to be chosen and exterior brickwork.
The sand-coloured tile roofing is only available on housing with a sloping roof.

KITCHEN
The free-standing and fixed wall units are in a minimalist design, with the colour to be chosen by the client, with extractor hood, vitroceramic hob and oven by Teka or a similar manufacturer.
Surfaces made of Spanish granite.
Double basin sink unit in stainless steel.

FLOORING AND PAVING
Stone floor tiling in gres (baked clay imitation) with skirting in the same material in house and on terracing.

FALSE CEILINGS
The false ceilings in plaster in the bathrooms, kitchens and passageways.

ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE AND AUDIOVISUAL INSTALLATIONS
Installations in accordance with regulations, with a mean electrification of 5.5 Kw.
Television and telephone installations with outlets in every room.

PLUMBING, BATHROOM FITTINGS AND HEATING INSTALLATIONS
Embedded copper piping, with main stopcock, and further points in bathrooms and kitchen. Outlets for washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. Mixer taps in the bathrooms and kitchen. Bathroom fittings and furnishings manufactured by Roca or similar.
Complete central heating installation, with radiators and gas boiler.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY AND GLAZING
Aluminium lacquered in accordance with paintwork of the house, slatted window shutters, double-glazed windows 4+6+4.
Lacquered security door with fixed lateral section.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY
Carpentry of the highest quality interior design, with an oak veneer and mouldings and 6mm glass panes in the kitchen.
